14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. If it meets the conditions below, choose either:
- A full refund to your original payment method (less any non-refundable fees), or
- Store credit in the form of a SpinShift gift card.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Fast DOA/Defect Replacement (First 7 Days)
If your car arrives dead on arrival or has a manufacturing defect, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it free of charge once verified.
- Include your order number, a brief description, and a short video showing the issue (power-on, charging, controller pairing, wheels/transformation, sounds, etc.).
- We may offer basic troubleshooting (pairing steps, battery seating, charge indicator checks) before issuing a label/replacement.
What This Policy Covers
Applies to SpinShift transformer RC cars and included accessories (remote, rechargeable battery, USB charge cable, spare parts, manual, decals).
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Condition: Unused or gently tested indoors only, no scratches, scuffs, dirt, water or impact damage.
- Packaging: All original contents must be included: car, remote, battery(ies), USB cable, extra tires/parts, manual, inserts, and retail box.
- Battery safety: Lithium batteries must be returned undamaged. Swollen, punctured, or overheated packs are not eligible.
- Initiate within 14 days of delivery; ship back within 7 days of approval.
- Final sale items (clearance, gifts, gift cards) are not returnable.
- Restocking fee: $8.99 deducted from refunds for approved returns.
- International orders: Not eligible for return/exchange—please choose carefully.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email emilyjohnson.service@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review and send you return instructions (and a label if applicable).
- After inspection, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
- Before it ships? Email us ASAP at emilyjohnson.service@gmail.com to update or cancel.
- After it ships? We can’t cancel—but you can still return per the policy above.
Note: Cancellations before shipment incur a 15% processing fee (covers payment-gateway costs).
Optional Warranty Protection
Add 6-month coverage at checkout for manufacturing defects and normal use issues (motors, gears, electronics). Does not cover misuse, water damage, drops, or modified units.
Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages
- Lost in transit? Check with the carrier and neighbors first; if still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
- Arrived damaged? Email photos of the box and product within 7 days and we’ll replace it once verified.
Refund Timing
Once your return is delivered and passes inspection, refunds typically post to your bank in 3–7 business days (times vary by bank).
Disputes & Chargebacks
We’re here to help—please reach out before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent disputes may be pursued.
SpinShift Return Rights
We reserve the right to accept or deny any return at our discretion. Signs of heavy use, impact, water ingress, missing parts, or battery damage may disqualify a return.
