🕒 Processing Time

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• During peak season or big drops, processing may take up to 3 business days—thanks for your patience!

🚚 Shipping Methods

Standard Ground: 5–15 business days

💰 Shipping Rates

• Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
• You’ll see the total upfront—no surprises at purchase.

📦 Delivery Window

Standard: 5–15 business days from shipment

🏠 Change of Address

• Need to update your shipping info? Email emilyjohnson.service@gmail.com ASAP.
• If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll adjust it.
• Once it’s in transit, we can’t guarantee changes.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Cancel within 24 hours of purchase by emailing emilyjohnson.service@gmail.com with your order number.
• If we’ve already packed or shipped, you’ll need to return it under our standard return policy.
• A 15% processing fee applies to cancellations before shipment.
